Presentazione: CARBOCHEM S.R.L. viene costituita il 30 Ottobre 1979 come società per il commercio di prodotti chimici e materie prime di base che trovano il loro impiego in diversi settori merceologici. Durante i primi anni viene svolta in modo prevalente l'attività commerciale ed in seguito, sia per l'espansione del mercato, che per la volontà e la capacità dei singoli soci, la società decide di commercializzare prodotti di propria formulazione, inizialmente realizzati mediante conti lavorazione presso terzi. Nel 1985 la società decide di occuparsi direttamente della produzione, e viene ampliato l'oggetto sociale che passa da: "commercio all'ingrosso di prodotti chimici" a: "produzione di ausiliari chimici e prodotti chimici trasformati". Questa decisione fa seguito all'acquisto di un immobile industriale a Castiglione Olona, da utilizzare quale luogo di produzione e magazzino. Dal 1986 vengono effettuati consistenti investimenti in impianti e macchinari, necessari ad acquisire una potenzialità produttiva adeguata alle esigenze di un mercato in espansione. Attualmente la società dispone di una capacità produttiva di 2000 tonnellate/anno ed è presente prevalentemente in Italia nel settore tessile, con agenti di finissaggio ed appretti, nel settore ceramico, con prodotti ausiliari per impasti e smaltatura e nel settore cartario con additivi per impasti e patinatura. Altri settori, attualmente forniti in quantità marginali, sono in fase di espansione. La società gestisce le proprie vendite sia direttamente che attraverso distributori ed agenti in tutto il territorio nazionale Il mercato in continuo sviluppo e l'originalità dei prodotti ha permesso di acquisire importanti posizioni nei settori serviti. Attualmente la clientela è rappresentata da medie e piccole industrie che trovano nella grande flessibilità e nella gamma della CARBOCHEM S.R.L. la risposta alle loro esigenze produttive.
Obiettivi: L’obiettivo primario della società è di consolidare la propria posizione in ambito nazionale, ed espandere le proprie vendite anche all’estero con eventuali collaborazioni di partners.
